Join Ingenix.AI: Senior AI/Bio Scientist

Ingenix.AI is building the Model Fusion Platform, a pioneering effort to simulate clinical efficacy and safety through multi-scale, multimodal AI. We are seeking highly capable Senior Scientist to join our team, helping us move from data to step-by-step reasoning across applications like Translational Medicine and Clinical Trial Design.

This role is for the scientist with exceptional ML imagination and technical proficiency, the one who can conceive, design, and implement cutting-edge models to fuse diverse modalities. You will be responsible for the technical speed, flexibility, and accuracy of our core platform.

• Model Fusion Development: Develop novel model architectures by fusing generalist foundation models (e.g., LLMs) with expert biological models for complex predictive tasks.
• Technical Excellence: Build and deploy robust, reproducible ML/AI pipelines using tools like Python, PyTorch, HuggingFace, and define the featurization process.
• Interpretability & Reasoning: Drive the model interpretability agenda, helping us create the transparent, step-by-step reasoning that is core to our product vision.

You are a great fit if: You have a strong foundation in deep learning and probabilistic modeling, hands-on experience building and deploying ML/AI pipelines, and a passion for translating technical advances into biological and clinical impact.
