If you wish to participate in the current recruitment process, include the following consent to the application:
I consent to the processing of my personal data contained in the application documents by Ingenix.ai Sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw for the purpose of carrying out the recruitment process for the position for which I am applying. I understand that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
In case of the agreement to participate in future recruitment processes, attach the following consent to the application
I voluntarily consent to the processing of my personal data contained in the application documents by Ingenix.ai Sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw also for the purposes of future recruitment processes conducted by this entity, for a period of 12 months from the date of submitting the application.
Information on the processing of personal data
1. Data Controller

3. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing
We process your data for the following purposes:
- Conducting the current recruitment:
- Within the scope required by the Labor Code (Art. 22¹ of the Labor Code) – legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- In the case of B2B cooperation (civil law contract) – legal basis: taking steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Processing of additional data: If you include data in your CV that exceeds statutory requirements (e.g., a photo, hobbies) – legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), expressed by sending the application.
- Future recruitments: If you express separate consent – legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Defense against claims: In order to protect ourselves against potential claims or allegations (e.g., regarding discrimination in the recruitment process) – legal basis: legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
4. Data Recipients
Entities providing services to us may have access to your data, including:
providers of recruitment systems (ATS), job portals (e.g., Pracuj.pl, Just Join IT), IT service
providers, and email service providers.
5. Data Retention Period
- Current recruitment: Data will be stored until the end of the recruitment process and for a period of 3 months after its completion (in case of potential claims).
- Future recruitments: If you consent to future processes, data will be processed for a period of 12 months or until consent is withdrawn.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access the content of your data, to rectify it, delete it,
restrict its processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object. To the extent that data
is processed based on consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time (without affecting
the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal). You also have the right to
lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) if you
believe that the processing violates GDPR regulations.
7. Voluntary Provision of Data
Providing data within the scope defined by the Labor Code is
necessary to participate in the recruitment. Providing other data is voluntary.
